Paan shots or Betel Leaves Milkshake is a delicious & refreshing beverage made using Kolkata Betel leaves, gulkand, milk & ice-cream. It is a perfect dessert for any party or social gatherings to be served after main course and being made from gulkand is also perfect for summer. Paan lovers will rejoice this drink. Also it is very easy to make & with very few ingredients you can make this milkshake quickly. Serve it chilled with garnish of mouth freshner. Do try it today!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Paan/Betel Leaves
2 Tbsp Readymade Mukhwas (Paan Flavor)
2 Tbsp Gulkand
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (130ml)
300ml Chilled Milk
2-3 pinch Green Food Color (optional)

SERVES: Serves 2 people
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
TOTAL TIME: 5 Mins
* 1 CUP = 237 ML

METHOD:

1. In a mixing grinder jar blend, paan leaves, mukhwas, gulkand until smooth. 
2. Check consistency. If needed add little water & grind again.
3. Add vanilla ice cream, chilled milk & green food color. 
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour in glasses. Garnish with Mukhwas.
6. Paan Drink/Paan Shots is ready to serve!
