INGREDIENTS:
15-17 garlic cloves
1 medium tomato - roughly cut
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1-2 tbsp water
SERVES: Makes 100g garlic chutney

METHOD:
1. Grind garlic cloves, tomato, red chilli powder, salt & water to a smooth paste.
2. Store in air tight container in fridge for 1 month.
