Bread Pizza Cups Recipe - simple and quick to make recipe to please kids during vacations. It requires very few ingredients and can be altered according to taste and availability. If you don't have the muffin tray, you can still bake it as 'Bread Pizza'. Also, a great option for kids parties.

Ingredients:
6 Bread Slices
2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
2 Tbsp Chopped Paneer
2 Tbsp Boiled Corn
3 Tsp Ketchup or Pizza Sauce (or as needed)
6 Tsp Grated Processed Cheese or Cheese Spread (or as needed)
1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes + for sprinkling
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Butter/Oil for greasing (as needed)
Salt to taste
Serving: Makes 6 Bread Pizza Cups
Preparation Time: 5-10 mins
Baking Time: 10-12 mins
*1 Cup = 237 ml
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix onion, capsicum, paneer, corn, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt. Keep aside.
2. Cut round shape off the bread slices using a cookie cutter or a sharp lid.
3. Grease bread rounds with oil or butter on both the sides.
4. Spread about 1/2 Tsp ketchup or pizza sauce on one side of each bread.
5. Arrange these bread slices into muffin tray forming a cup shape. If you are not using muffin tray, arrange slices on a baking tray.
7. Fill about 1 Tbsp of prepared stuffing in each cup.
8. Generously top the cup with cheese spread or grated processed cheese.
9. Sprinkle chilli flakes.
10. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins or until the bread edges turn golden.
11. Serve hot!
