INGREDIENTS:
100g Dark Chocolate
1 packet Britannia Little Hearts Biscuits
Color Sprinkles as needed
Desiccated Coconut as needed
Serving: Makes 17 Little Heart Chocolates
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Setting Time: 30-40 mins
*1 Cup = 237 ml
METHOD:
1. Heat dark chocolate in microwave for 30-50 seconds until well melted. You can also melt the chocolate in double boiler.
2. Dip the little hearts biscuits in melted chocolate and coat it with chocolate evenly on all sides.
3. Using a fork drip the excess chocolate by running it at the edge of the bowl.
4. With the help of another fork, gently slice the chocolate coated biscuit on parchment paper lined plate.
5. Decorate with some colored sprinkles and desiccated coconut.
6. Repeat the process for all the little hearts biscuits.
7. Refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
8. Once set, Homemade Hearts Chocolate is ready to enjoy!
