Ingredients:

100g Paneer
2 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
1/4 Tsp Crushed Garlic
1/8 Tsp Asafetida/Hing
1 Medium Size Onion Chopped
1 Medium Size Tomatoes Chopped
1 Medium Size Capsicum cut into long stripes
2 Tbsp Tomatoes Puree (readymade)
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Kasori Methi
1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp Cream/Malai
Salt to taste

Serving: 2-3 Persons
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 8 mins

Method:

1. In a microwave safe dish, add Oil, Jeera, Hing & Garlic. Stir and microwave on high power for 1 minute.
2. Add Onion & Capsicum. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
2. Add Tomatoes Puree, Tomato, Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Kasori Methi & salt to taste. Mix well. Microwave covered on high power for 2 minutes.
3. Add 2 Tbsp Cream & Paneer. Mix well. Microwave covered on high power for 3 minutes.
4. Serve it with hot chapatis/rotis!
