INGREDIENTS:
100g Dark Chocolate
10 Pickwick Biscuits - classic vanilla flavor
Serving: Makes 5 Pickwick Chocolates
Cooking Time: 3-4 mins
Setting Time: 30-40 mins
*1 Cup = 237 ml
METHOD:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add roughly chopped dark chocolate.
2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
3. Mix well. There should be no lumps.
4. Apply little melted chocolate on pickwick biscuit and place another biscuit on it to form a sandwich. Make 5 biscuit sandwiches.
5. Freeze for 5 minutes.
6. Dip the biscuit sandwiches in melted chocolate and coat it with chocolate evenly on all sides.
7. Using a fork drip the excess chocolate by running it at the edge of the bowl.
8. With the help of another fork, gently slice the chocolate coated biscuit on parchment paper lined plate.
9. Repeat the process for all the biscuit sandwiches.
7. Refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
8. Once set, Homemade Pickwick Chocolate is ready to enjoy!
