INGREDIENTS:
20 Oreo Biscuits (crush to fine powder)
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Melted Butter
1/2 - 3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Baking Powder
3 Tsp Peanut Butter
Butter for greasing
SERVES: Makes 7.5" x 3.5" Oreo and Peanut Butter Cake
PREPARATION TIME: 7 Min
BAKING TIME: 25 Min
TOTAL TIME: 32 Min
* 1 CUP = 237 ML
METHOD:
1. Mix Oreo Biscuits powder, Powdered Sugar and Melted Butter.
2. Gradually add Milk and form a smooth flowy batter.
3. Add Baking Powder and mix well.
4. Pour the batter in a greased and lined loaf tin and tap 2-3 times.
5. Add 2 tsp peanut butter randomly over the batter (drop 1/2 tsp at a time) and swirl randomly till the bottom using opposite side of a spoon.
6. Spread 1 Tsp peanut butter evenly on top.
7. Bake at 180C for 20-25 mins in pre-heated oven.
8. Oreo Peanut Butter Brownie Cake is ready! Cool down completely & cut into pieces!
TIPS:
1. Crush oreo biscuits in a mixer grinder to a fine powder.
2. Batter should be free flowing consistency. Mix milk gradually as required.
3. Use ingredients at room temperature.
4. Bake in a cake tin or cupcakes.
