Cafe Style Mocha Mix - Mocha Coffee Recipe

Cafe Style Mocha Mix is a very easy to make home recipe to your favourite mocha coffee. With this recipe you can make a homemade mix powder which you can also carry around with you anywhere - to your office or when you travel and enjoy your favourite coffee drink. You require very few ingredients to make this delicious drink and what's more you can use hot water too to make it. Enjoy it whichever way you like - hot or cold and sprinkle drinking chocolate or chocolate sauce over it for added taste. INGREDIENTS:

Cafe Mocha Mix:

1/2 cup milk powder

3 tbsp drinking chocolate

3 tbsp instant coffee powder

Cafe Mocha Coffee (2 servings):

2 tbsp cafe mocha mix

400ml milk

1 tbsp sugar or to taste

2-3 drops vanilla essence (optional)

Chocolate sauce for garnish

SERVES: Makes about 150gm Cafe Mocha Mix (Makes approx 14 Cups of Cafe Mocha - 200 ml each) 

PREPARATION TIME: 5 Min

COOKING TIME: 3 Min

TOTAL TIME: 8 Min

* 1 CUP = 237 ML

METHOD:

Making Cafe Mocha Mix:

1. Mix milk powder, drinking chocolate and instant coffee powder in a bowl using a spoon. Ensure no lumps.

2. Fill this cafe mocha mix in an airtight container

3. Cover with a lid and you can store this mixture in freezer for 1 month. Quick to make cafe mocha mix is ready!

Making Cafe Mocha:

1. In a big mug (2 servings) take 2 tbsp cafe mocha mix.

2. Heat milk a pan and add sugar to it. 

3. Allow milk to boil and then switch off flame.

4. Now add vanilla essence. 

5. Immediately make froth in hot milk using a blender.

6. Immediately pour the hot milk over the coffee powder. If required lightly mix.

7. Garnish with chocolate sauce to make smiley or circles. Alternatively sprinkle drinking chocolate!

8. Rich & creamy cafe mocha is ready! :)

TIPS:

1. You can also make cafe mocha by mixing 1 tbsp powder with 200ml water & it is perfect for travel also.
