Spinach Penne Pasta is a delicious quick pasta recipe with wholesome spinach added to it along with delicious cream and cheese. This recipe is quick and easy to make and you can use any other type of pasta like macaroni or spiral also. Kids will love this recipe - even those who do not like spinach! You can serve this as main course dish to go with any other italian dish or can eat all by itself. It simply tastes great.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Blanched Spinach Puree
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1.5 Cup Boiled Penne Pasta (1 Cup Raw Penne Pasta)
2 Tsp Grated Processed Cheese
Salt to taste
SERVES: 2 Persons
PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
TOTAL TIME: 20 Mins
* 1 CUP = 237 ML
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add spinach puree & sauté it for about 2 minutes.
3. Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes & oregano. Give a quick stir and cook for a minute.
4. Now add in the cream & mix it.
5. Follow it by adding boiled Penne Pasta. Give it a quick mix and stir fry on high flame for another 1-2 minutes and pasta is ready.
6. Serve in a plate and sprinkle some cheese over it for garnish.
Tips:
1. If you don’t have Olive Oil, you can use regular cooking oil as well.
2. You can use ‘ghar ki malai’ or a store bought cream packet.
3. You can also add cheese in Pasta while cooking as well.
