INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp cloves
1 small piece cinnamon
1/4 piece nutmeg (grate & use)
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp cardamom
2 1/2 tbsp dry ginger powder
SERVES: Makes 37g Tea Masala
PREPARATION TIME: 5 Min
TOTAL TIME: 5 Min
* 1 CUP = 237 ML
METHOD:
1. Grind all the ingredients except dry ginger powder to fine powder in a mixer grinder.
2. Add dry ginger powder & grind again until smooth powder is formed.
3. Tea masala is ready! Store in airtight container for 3 months.
4. While making tea use about 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp per 2 cups or as desired. For best results add just about when the tea is ready & mix.
