For Decoration (Optional):
2 tbsp desiccated coconut3 tbsp colourful saunf
3 tbsp colourful sprinkles

METHOD:
- Mix dates paste, finely chopped betel leaves, fennel seeds, desiccated coconut, clippings of betel nuts & rose essence well to a smooth mixture.
- Scoop using a spoon & make equal sized balls.
- Paan Balls are ready!
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Store in airtight container in fridge for 15 days.
For Decoration (Optional):
- Roll few balls each in desiccated coconut, colourful saunf & colourful sprinkles.
