INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Boiled & Mashed Potatoes (apprxo 2-3)
2 Tbsp Cornflour + for rolling bites
2 Tbsp Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
4 Garlic Cloves - grated
1 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying + for greasing
SERVES: 2-3 persons
PREPARATION TIME:10 min
RESTING TIME: 60 min
COOKING TIME: 10 min
TOTAL TIME: 80 min
* 1 CUP = 240 ML
METHOD:
- In a bowl mix, potatoes, corn flour, fresh bread crumbs, red chilli flakes, garlic, schezwan sauce, red chilli powder & salt.
- Grease palm with some oil & divide the mixture into 4 portions.
- Grease plate with some oil & roll each portion into a log shape.
- Cut into bite size pieces using a sharp knife.
- Roll each bite in cornflour & coat well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour atleast or until needed.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown in color.
- Remove on paper napkin.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
