Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Butter or Cream (about 30g at room temperature)
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Compound (shredded)
1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
1/2 Cup Chocolate Cake Crumbs
10 Small Paper Cups
For Coating:
3 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
Serves: Makes 10 Chocolate Coffee Cake Pops
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 sec
* 1 Cup = 200ml
Method:
1. In a Bowl mix Butter at room temperature and Dark Chocolate Compound.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds on high power. If not melted, microwave again at 10 seconds interval until melted.
3. Mix well till combined & no lumps remain.
4. Add Coffee & Cake Crumbs. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
6. After 1 hour, lightly mix with hands to loosen up the mixture.
7. With a help of a spoon, scoop & divide the mixture in 10 equal portions.
8. Shape the portions into balls.
9. Roll the cake balls in Desiccated Coconut. Put the balls in a Paper Cups and put it in refrigerator in air tight container for 30 min or till served!
